Wilford E. Paulk, MD

Dr. Paulk received his medical degree from the University of Florida College of Medicine (Gainesville, FL), and completed residency in OB/GYN at Portsmouth Naval Hospital (Portsmouth, VA). Subsequently, he was on staff at the U.S. Naval Hospital (Rota, Spain) for the next three years and served as Chief of OB/GYN in the last year.  Upon return to the U.S., he served one year on staff at Portsmouth Naval Hospital (Portsmouth, VA). He has been in private practice since 1985, and was a founding member of North Florida OB/GYN.

He has special interests in infertility, obstetrics, gynecologic surgery – including minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery and repair of the pelvic organ prolapsed, urinary incontinence treatment, contraceptive technology, and menopausal management.

Dr. Paulk has four children. His interests include maintaining fitness through running, biking and swimming. His hobbies are gardening, boating and reading.
