Dr. Phelan received his medical degree from Georgetown University and completed his residency in OB/GYN at University of Florida Health Science Center (Jacksonville, FL). He has been in private practice since 1978, and joined North Florida OB/GYN in 1995.
He is married and has six children. Dr. Phelan hobbies include golf, music, juggling and yoyo collecting.
