Dr. Neuman received her medical degree from Emory University School of Medicine (Atlanta, GA). She completed residency in OB/GYN at University of Florida Jacksonville Health Science Center (Jacksonville, FL) in 1987, and began private practice.
She is married with one daughter. Dr. Neuman enjoys tennis, other sports, shopping, and spending time with her family.
